Payment Policy for County Training
Payment for the County Training blocks will be requested in the invitation letter together with the ClubSpark payment link. The deadline for payment to confirm your child’s place on the block of training will also be supplied.
Payment will be for the whole training block shown and no reduction is given if your child is unable to attend any specific sessions unless we are given sufficient notice and a reserve takes your child’s place for the session that they miss.
If you do not wish to attend the whole training block, or fail to meet the payment deadline, we will offer your child’s place to another player. We endeavour to maintain a reserve list for each session to try and enable players who are unable to commit to the full term to join in whenever there is availability and are happy to add your child to this list at your request.
Payment will be required for each session and the cost will be confirmed to you by the County Administrator.
