Partnering with Cambridgeshire Tennis
In order to carry out is programme of participation, performance and outreach within the County, LTA Cambridgeshire Tennis needs to fundraise each year. We would therefore be delighted if any company or individual would be interested in financially supporting any of our activities.
The main areas requiring support are:
- Programmes to encourage more players with physical or learning disabilities to play tennis
- Outreach into communities in the County to open up tennis where little is currently played
- Junior County teams: sponsorship of tennis kit or support for travel and subsistence relating to inter-county events
- Supporting our annual Festival of Tennis which includes events for performance players, beginners and players with physical or learning difficulties
- Participation programmes that encourage more players to join clubs or play in parks – usually led by trained tennis coaches
- Developing tennis in schools and universities
- Financial support for capital projects in clubs such as installing floodlights to facilitate year-round play
The benefits to any partner are:
- Being associated with an inclusive sport played by all ages and being actively opened up to everyone
- Excellent opportunities to promote your brand on clothing, at tournaments or events and through our website and social media links
- Assisting companies to meet their commitment to corporate social responsibility
